I already own a pair of M6 headphones which are about half the cost of these. I got these at a discount in exchange for my review, but these are my own opinions on this product.
These headphones have an advantage on the M6 headphones because they're sweat resistant, they have inline volume and audio controls, and the tips swivel to fit better. Aside from these features, there isn't a big difference between the two models. They both come with a protective case, interchangeable tips, a durable cord, and have pretty much the same sound quality.
Regarding the sound quality, I honestly couldn't tell the difference between these and the M6 model. The tips that came attached are the traditional single flange tips but they provided almost no bass. Included is a small, medium, and large size of tip. Then there is the two-flanged tips which create more of a seal and a little more bass. Even these didn't provide the best sound quality which is why I recommend buying some aftermarket foam tips. They act like earplugs and create the best seal which gives you the best bass.
I love the inline controls, which is the only thing I wish the M6s had. A single press pauses and plays the music, double press goes to the next track, and a triple press goes to the previous track. There's also a volume slider on the other side which is nice if you just need to quickly turn down the volume if someone starts talking to you or a loud song starts playing. If these controls aren't important to you, then I would suggest getting the M6 model at half the price, because that's really the only noticeable advantage of these.
